I was not only able to find my home with my fiance but she made sure that we have looked at houses non stop until we found the one! Everything was perfect Lynette was amazing and her knowledge and determination to make sure we found our dream home was perfect. Lynette was on time , determined , yet highly motivated to make sure she found what we wanted incorporated into our home! She was such a great real estate agent! I wouldn’t want it any different! We went with Devin Resendez from The Emery Group for buying a house based on random call from Zillow. We were initially happy when the agent was able to show us the listings based on our needs. However we have to rate him low as “CREDIBILITY” and “INTEGRITY” of this agent is very questionable. We felt the negotiation with the seller could have been much better for the price. Throughout the negotiation process we felt as if the agent is supporting the buyer’s sales price rather than representing our best interest. Also in the end the agent tried to go back on his words as agreed verbally over the phone for closing terms and we got an impression that we hired a wrong guy who can’t be trusted. God saved us from being cheated as appraisal came at fair price. Please hire this agent at your own risk. In general do your research before you hire a real estate agent and not a random agent. Devin is amazing. He helped my wife and I purchase our dream home. He is very proficient in what he does, attention to detail is spot on. His negotiation skills are superior to anyone I have meet in the real estate field. He is top notch in every regard. I have been working with Devin for a few months now. We used him for both the purposes of buying a home and selling our own. During the sell of our home, something that I appreciate is the fact that Devin Devin made sure to highlight the selling points of our home in the listing description. My neighbor and I both have solar panels and Devin made sure to really highlight that fact, that the fact our home literally has not electric bill, but my neighbors listing, who is using a different agent, makes almost no mention of this and it's truly a great selling point and Devin made sure to capitalize on it. Devin also had a great understanding of the comps in our area and also made sure to price us competitively to ensure our home would receive viewings even though our community is still building new homes for not much more in price. We listed our home on a Friday, had numerous showings on Saturday and by Sunday we had a full price offer on the table. Devin also tends to reply very quickly and I took the liberty of waking him on more then one occasion but he still answered and would ask "What's on your mind." Anyways, I appreciated working with Devin and his team, and would do so again in the future.
